SPRING AND SUMMER GARDEN

At the first sign of spring I make my way to the garden, listen bird song, hear insects, smell the earth and watch nature burst in to life. I am always amazed that shoots appear. I get so much pleasure from growing, painting, and drawing flowers. Recently I have taken these in to fabric designs which is a new venture for me. I decided to do a pattern cutting course, and now am making designs in my own fabric. I am beginner, but I have met some wonderful new friends and I feel inspired.
